Collaborates with students, faculty and staff to facilitate campus access, and address areas of concern.  Coordinates Disability Awareness Month program/activities for the University in partnership with colleagues both on and off campus.

    • Educates students with disabilities, CEA staff and campus community about assistive technology and alternative formats. Oversees Alternative Formats Lab and department's IT personnel. Meets ongoing challenge of keeping current on latest applications, devices, and trends for assistive technology and alternative format production. Collaborates with campus community about interfacing assistive technology with existing programs.

  • Position Details:
    • Provides day-to-day supervision and direction for the Alternative Formats Lab. Manages scheduling of all incoming requests, ensures that conversion proceeds on schedule, and that students receive their converted materials in a timely manner. Conversion activities includes all types of course materials, including challenging materials for texts in math, science, engineering, foreign language, and political science.

  • Position Details:
    • Coordinates all aspects of multiple service areas for students registered with CEA, including; sign language interpreting, Typewell Transcription Program, Note-taking, Supplemental Transportation Program. Responsible for oversight of the CEA Test Center along with managing office environment and administrative support staff. Responsible for CEA upper-level administrative functions.

  • Position Details:
    • Greets students, parents, faculty, staff and campus community when at CEA. Schedules student appointments for staff meetings such as access plan meetings and assistive technology meetings. Answers general inquiries regarding CEA and student accommodations. Assists students with accessing their CEA Student Profiles including completing online registration and requesting Faculty Notification Letters.

  • Position Details:
    • Maintains workstations and provides IT support for all of CEA including administration, Test Center, and Alternative Formats Lab workstations. Liaison with other campus tech partners. At times, assists students with AT software needs in CEA Test Center.
